About Us

Our heart is for healing, encouraging hope and building community; so in 2022 a small team from York City Church started to implement ways to support and equip those struggling with their mental health and who want to improve their wellbeing.

This has grown into 'The Well' where we now offer a range of mental health and wellbeing support, based at The Citadel, Gillygate. We believe that connecting people in to a supportive community equips them, it facilitates healing and we want that to thrive.
