What We Offer
We offer a range of services, which are all free of charge. Some require booking on to to attend, some require a referral form being completed, but most are run flexibly enough for you to just turn up. If you would like any further information, please get in touch.
Pop-up Spaces
At the moment, these run every second Tuesday of the month from 12noon - 1.30pm. Whether you join us for a short while on your lunch break, or it's the only thing you can manage to do that day or that week, you can expect a guided mindfulness session, creative wellbeing activities and a free lunch is also provided. There is also the opportunity in this relaxed environment, to talk to one of our team for more support. You can just turn up, or book on to let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Equipping Sessions
We host these once a month, most months of the year, on a Thursday evening. They provide anyone with a great opportunity to listen, learn and reflect on a number of different issues related to managing your mental health and wellbeing, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress and healthy relationships. Although these are run as a series, each session can be attended as a stand alone, with a range of expert speakers offering both insights and practical tools.
Although booking is advised it's not required.
Peer Support
The plan for these groups is supported community, where groups will be formed as need arises. This will be a smaller space where people can come together who are going through similar experiences. For more information about current groups or to request a group formation, please contact us.
1:1 Personalised Support
We offer extra support to those in The Well community, who feel they might need a bit more help with certain issues or areas of their life. This could be through coaching, counselling or befriending. If you're interested in this support please complete a referral form.
Wellbeing Course
We run a 12 week course, using the material from Kintsugi Hope. It consists of group and individual activities that can help you grow in self acceptance, to understand your value and worth, and can point you towards a more resilient and hopeful future. Journey with 6-10 others in a supportive environment, led by a trained facilitator. If you are interested in joining our next cohort, or to find out more, please complete a referral form.
